  Kurtis Ashton is a cybersecurity professional and founder of Ethical Hackers, LLC, driven by a mission to make security practical, human-centered, and accessible for both businesses and residential clients. Since beginning his journey in 2017, he has built a multidisciplinary foundation spanning technical support, network operations, and information security—shaping an approach that blends hands-on problem-solving with long-term risk and resilience planning.

Through Ethical Hackers, LLC, Kurtis focuses on strengthening organizational and personal security by helping clients prepare for disruptions, respond to incidents, and build sustainable protection strategies. His work emphasizes business continuity, compliance, disaster recovery, incident response, vulnerability management, and risk management, paired with technical troubleshooting and threat awareness to ensure security solutions are not only effective, but usable in the real world.

Kurtis holds a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Purdue University Global and an associate’s degree in the same discipline from Ivy Tech Community College. He has completed advanced professional training in penetration testing, hardware and software support, and leadership development, further strengthening his ability to guide both technical teams and non-technical clients through complex security challenges.

 Beyond his professional work, Kurtis is an active mentor and motivational speaker, supporting organizations and community programs focused on education, career development, and personal growth.
