Service Terms and Conditions

All on-site service visits, excluding diagnostic-only appointments, are subject to a minimum labor charge of one (1) hour at the current service rate, plus applicable taxes. This minimum charge applies regardless of the duration of the service provided once an on-site visit has been scheduled and performed. The minimum labor charge includes a standard on-site service fee of $35.00 associated with travel, scheduling, and dispatch costs. Additional labor beyond the initial hour may be billed in 15-minute increments thereafter. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all listed prices and service fees are exclusive of applicable federal, state, and local taxes, which will be assessed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Antivirus, endpoint protection, remote support, and remote access services are billed on a per-device basis unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Security Assessment services will not commence until all required documentation has been completed and approved by both parties, including but not limited to a Scope of Work (SOW), Rules of Engagement (ROE), and Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Training services are educational in nature and may include instructional videos, presentations, demonstrations, documents, and other learning materials. Due to the immediate delivery of educational content and access to training materials, all training purchases are final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

While Ethical Hackers, LLC strives to provide professional services and recommendations based on industry best practices, no service, assessment, optimization, training, software, or security solution can guarantee 100% complete protection from cyber threats, uninterrupted operation, the detection of all vulnerabilities, or the prevention of all future incidents as systems and technology are everchanging each day. Clients are solely responsible for maintaining current and recoverable backups of their data, systems, and devices prior to any service being performed. Ethical Hackers, LLC is not responsible for data loss, corruption, hardware failure, software incompatibility, third-party actions, or conditions that exist prior to the commencement of services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethical Hackers, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services, recommendations, training materials, software, or products.

Ethical Hackers, LLC reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, promotions, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. By scheduling, purchasing, or utilizing any service provided by Ethical Hackers, LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
